Our New Site is LIVE!
We are pleased to announce the launch of our website redesign! Our goal in this project was to improve navigation and accessiblity. To do so, we've implemented a new visual style throughout the entire website. We've made clickable links and buttons more obvious. We've also added an accessibility tool that allows users to tweak colors, fonts, and the size of items. You can access the accessibility features by clicking the purple and white icon in the bottom left corner of the window.
We've also re-arranged our main navigation menu. We've combined the Offices and Department menus into a single "Offices & Departments" menu to make finding information regarding particular county offices easier. We've placed community information and services into the Community menu, and moved the items that were formally under "Residents" into the appropriate places in the other menus.
We now have a language dropdown in the main navigation menu so that uses Google Translate to translate text on the website into another language for non-English speakers.
Future improvements to the website will include improvements to the site search, improvements to interactive forms, and content updates. If you would like to make suggestions on improvements or report issues with the website, please feel free to use the Website Feedback Form.
